If you are between the ages of 18 and 26 and you have or will age out of foster care in Florida (including extended foster care), give us a call! The Office of Continuing Care, part of Hope Florida, provides these services.
The Homes of LOVE, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to empowering young adults ages 18–23 who have aged out of foster care. Through advocacy, life-skills development, mentorship, housing support, educational guidance, and community resources, we help young adults transition successfully into independent adulthood.
As a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, donations made to The Homes of LOVE, Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our organization is committed to transparency, accountability, and creating lasting positive outcomes for the young adults we serve.
